Custom-Created Mailing Lists
We've
been creating and customizing databases for years. We mainly use
Microsoft Access for database development, but also have
experience with other products that most small and medium-size
businesses use. We can supply any mailing list in a file format
that may be used in any mainstream database software. Fees
depend greatly on the individual services needed. Services
include:

NCOA Services
NCOA (the National Change of Address) can be used to verify
and update your in-house mailing list. This service is valuable
for those businesses with a large database that has not been
used in some time or any list that needs proof of updating in
order to receive automated rates. Costs
are dependent on quantities.
Rented Mailing Lists
The costs involved in mailing lists
varies depending on the type (business, consumer or
residential) and size (quantity of records) of a mailing list.

Consumer Mailing Lists: Moonlight’s consumer mailing lists are drawn
from the largest, most comprehensive consumer database in the
world, delivering more than 100 different selects on more than
100 million US households. From purchase history to demographics
and lifestyles, our lists delivers the precision you need to
expand your view of your customers and prospects and target
direct marketing programs that generate the optimum results.
Residential Mailing Lists: Moonlight’s residential/occupant mailing
lists are drawn from the industry's most comprehensive, up-to
date residential list (115 million households) and reaches
virtually 100% of every U.S. household in every Zip Code
throughout the country. This address file is updated every two
months in conjunction with the U.S. Post Office, making it the
freshest, most deliverable mailing list available. Our
Resident/Occupant File does not contain names of residents.
Records are addressed to "Resident" or
"Occupant" at an address. It is ideal for saturation
mailings, especially since this list qualifies for the lowest
available postage rates. The list is fully "walk
sequenced", which allows for the lowest postage rate
available from the Post Office. This means the records are
delivered to you in the same sequence a mail carrier delivers
the mail. Since we have done much of the sorting work for the
Post Office, the Post Office passes its cost savings on to you.
Business to Business Lists: Dunn & Bradstreet
and InfoUSA
Dunn & Bradstreet’s Business Lists
include over 18 million individual company names and addresses
and more than 15 million senior and middle-management executives
by title. Data for this list is gathered via financial and
telemarketing sources (ie: DUNNS Number).
InfoUSA Business Lists data is gathered from
multiple sources and telephone-verified. The information
includes nearly every single business, no matter how small, how
